## The Problem
The gap between younger generations, tourists, and Wales' ancient heritage is widening every year.
Information Overload
Traditional museums and plaques overwhelm visitors with dense text, losing the modern audience's attention before they've started.
Zero Engagement
Static exhibits fail to capture digital natives who expect immersive, interactive, and bite-sized experiences.
Heritage at Risk
With no digital bridge, 900 years of Welsh history risks being invisible to the next generation and international visitors alike.
"If history isn't made accessible, it becomes invisible." — PanWales Hackathon Challenge 2026
